If you are requesting more characters, your text will still be 9 inches in length but it will appear smaller since you have more characters.

2. Thread color needed for the embroidered text. If you are wanting a tone on tone look, please just leave that as a note for us at checkout. We have thread colors that match each garment to give the tone on tone look.
